Mulberry Season

It’s that time of year again; our mulberry tree is bursting with life. Only the second year that we have witnessed her in all her glory, but this year she is overflowing in comparison to last.

Mulberry trees are native to the eastern US, making their gifts to us all the more magickal. The mulberry tree is linked to wisdom, strength, and reintegrating the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine. If you are using mulberry for magickal work or ritual teas, it is best collected just before Sunset.

The leaves and berries can be used in skincare for clearing, softening, rejuvenating, and brightening. The leaves can be used to create moisturizing oil infusions by steeping for 3-4 days. Tea made from mulberry leaves is an excellent way to clear and rejuvenate the skin; This tea can also be used as a hair rinse to promote hair growth… Simply dip the hair into the warm tea after shampooing and allow to sit for 30 minutes. Follow with coconut oil to moisturize and allow to air dry.
