Chia Seed Pudding Parfait

If you like tapioca pudding, you’ll love this healthy, protein packed dairy-free alternative.


Ingredients

2 1/2 cups of non GMO vanilla Almond milk

1/2 c organic Chia Seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

3-4 tbsp Raw Honey or Raw Agave to sweeten

Fresh fruit and granola for topping
How to Prepare

In a medium bowl add chia seeds, Almond milk, and honey / agave and whisk together until well mixed. Refrigerate overnight and top with fresh fruit and granola.
